The Six Sigma Comprehensibe Reference Guide is dedicated to all the hard-working studentswho are using Six Sigma as a new way of thinking.
The Six Sigma Comprehensive Reference Guide is a response to the many requests from Six Sigma Black Belt students for a Sigma study guide.
The authors, Larry Rabeneck and Steve Salzman, are currently Six Sigma Black Belt instructors for the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
The Six Sigma Comprehensive Reference Guide follows the outline of the Six Sigma Body of Knowledge published in 2001 by ASQ and is formatted to facilitate finding information quickly.
This guide is meant to be a supplement to the Six sigma Black Belt training, not a text for becoming a Black Belt. However, in addition to providing quick reference in and out of the classroom, it is also an excellent review tool for the Black Belt certification exam.
The multiple choice questions in the separate booklet are similar to those questions on the certification exam.
